WHAT:  BROOKLYN CHOCOLATE TOUR

ABOUT:  Enjoy a unique five hour multimedia sightseeing and sampling tour. On this tour you will visit three of the best chocolate makers in Brooklyn and an ice cream factory: Jacque Torres Chocolate in DUMBO, The Chocolate Room in Cobble Hill, Li-Lac Chocolate in Industry City and the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory at Fulton Landing.  Sample some of their classic and unique chocolates at each stop. You will even hop off the bus to visit Valentino Pier for the best view of the Statute of Liberty in NYC! Besides sample some of the most delicious chocolates anywhere, you will experience the history of chocolate, how chocolate is created from “bean to bar” and watch some demonstrations.

 

Trip Itinerary:

·         8:30am…..Depart William Penn park and ride lot A-2 (the bus will pick you up in lot A-2)

·         10:30am….Pick up guide in Brooklyn

·         10:30am-4:00pm…Brooklyn Chocolate Tour, sightseeing and lunch at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

·         4:00pm-4:45pm…Villabate Bakery stop….chance to shop for Italian pastries, cakes, breads and cookies

·         6:45pm…home

 

Cost is $135 per person and includes:

·         Bus ticket

·         Driver’s gratuity

·         Chocolate and ice cream tastings at four locations

·         Lunch at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

·         Breakfast items and beverages on ride to NYC

·         Beer, wine, soda, water, snacks on bus throughout trip
