About:  A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour -  This tour covers pizza and Brooklyn from one end to the other! During this 4.5 hours guided bus tour, you will visit two of Brooklyn’s best pizzerias, each specializing in the two different styles of pizza that Brooklyn is known for:  Grimaldi’s under the Brooklyn Bridge for their brick oven Neapolitan style, and L&B Spumoni Gardens for their authentic, award winning Sicilian style. Along the way, our multimedia sightseeing tour will highlight classic neighborhoods such as DUMBO, Red Hook, Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge and more…The Coney Island Boardwalk, and locations from movies such as Saturday Night Fever, Goodfellas, The French Connection, Annie Hall and more.  And, when we are finished with the Brooklyn Pizza Tour…..Ted’s Tours will be taking you to one of Brooklyn’s finest bakeries…Villabate Alba Bakery…to shop for Italian pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, breads and gelato!

 

Cost of the trip is $139 per person and includes:

• Bus ticket
• Driver’s gratuity
• Tour guide’s gratuity
• Breakfast items and beverages on ride to Brooklyn
• 4 ½ hour guided bus tour
• Two slices of pizza and a soft drink at (2) different Brooklyn pizzerias (Neapolitan and Sicilian)
• Beer, wine and snacks on bus throughout trip

 

Trip Itinerary:

• Depart William Penn park and ride 9:00am…(please park in lot A-2…the bus will pick you up in lot A-2)
• Arrive Canal & Broadway to meet step on guide 10:45am
• 4 ½ hour bus tour of Brooklyn 11:00am-3:30pm
• Villabate Alba Bakery stop for shopping (Italian pastries, breads and cookies) 4:00pm-5:00pm
• Arrive back in Bethlehem 7:00pm
