The 2018 Saratoga “Bash” is confirmed for Thursday-Saturday August 16-18, 2018.

It’s going to be a filly’s weekend featuring the Grade 1 “ALABAMA”!

Let’s go back to Saratoga…where their motto is “Health, History, Horses”!

Our motto is “Party, Gamble, Dance, Drink and be Merrie”!

Cost is $429p.p. and includes:

·       Bus ticket

·       Bus driver’s gratuity

·       Two nights lodging at the Best Western Clifton Park

·       Complimentary breakfast both days at hotel

·       Party at the Saratoga Winery

·       Live band “New York Players” and they can’t wait to see the PA people again!

·       Food Buffet by Chef James at the Winery

·       All wine, beer and soft drinks at the Winery

·       Admission and reserved grandstand seating to Friday and Saturday horse races at Saratoga Racetrack

·       All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our tailgate site behind the grandstands at Saratoga Racetrack

·       Bloody Marys, Mimosas on way to NY

Trip Itinerary:

Thursday, August 16

·       Depart Trans-Bridge 6:30am

·       William Penn park and ride pick-up 6:45am

·       Rest stop NY 8:45am-9:30am

·       Arrive downtown Saratoga 12:00pm-2:30pm (your choice casino or downtown)

·       Check-in hotel 3:00pm

·       Depart for Winery 4:15pm

·       Saratoga Winery Party 5:00pm-9:00pm

·       Arrive back at hotel 9:45pm

Friday, August 17

·       Depart for Saratoga Racetrack 11:00am

·       Stay for day’s races 6:00pm

·       Back to hotel 6:30pm

·       Rest of night on your own

Saturday, August 18

·       Check-out of hotel

·       Depart for Racetrack 11:00am

·       Stay for day’s races 7:15pm

·       Depart for home

·       Fast food stop on way

·       Home around midnight
